You are welcome to drop off and pick back up at our Sneaker Lab in Mount Vernon, where the Doctor brings your kicks back to life. You can arrange for us to pick up your shoes at your location provided you have a minimum of three pairs and are local to our Mount Vernon shop. (Lower Westchester, Bronx, Uptown Manhattan).

If you are located outside of the Dr. Crisp Local Area (Westchester County, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Surrounding Areas) and would like a Dr. Crisp sneaker cleaning, you can mail your sneakers to us. You can mail in your sneakers from anywhere in the US!

the mail-in service process:

  1. Fill out the form and let us know your footwear is headed to us.
  2. When your footwear arrives, we will notify you of its arrival and inform you of the cost of the procedure for your approval.
  3. After we clean your footwear, we will send you before and after pictures, along with an invoice for the cost of your sneaker cleaning, plus shipping and handling.
